The Dallas Pottery Invitational was founded seventeen years ago by the collaborative vision of

Amy Halko, Liz Lurie, and Louise Rosenfield. Their goal was to create a space that highlights the creations

of renowned ceramic artists within an art gallery atmosphere. The event emphasizes the beauty, functionality,

and joy of owning ceramic pieces that showcase how they can enrich settings for entertainment,

family gatherings or peaceful moments with a cup of tea.

 

Over the years, the Dallas Pottery Invitational has fostered a deeper connection between pottery and art.

By educating attendees on the diverse uses of ceramics, the event has grown to include partnerships and vendors offering everything from floral arrangements to specialty coffee. As the Dallas Pottery celebrates seventeen years of remarkable dedication to the community, it continues to unveil endless possibilities of functional ceramic art.
